Did EVH bring more inflection to hard guitar than others?
I’ve heard all of them (guys that can rip endless streams of incredibly fast riffs) but there seems to be a higher level than even the fastest, most progressive guitar shredding can not match. A place where people like Hendrix, Vaughn, Clapton and Halen (and others) have entered. A Valhalla of guitar of sorts.
yeah, that’s true. it doesn’t matter how fast or technical a guy is if there is no soul in it.
